United His+Herstory:filmed 2008 in Culasi, Antique Ang Pilipinas in honor of my Lola Arcillas’ earthly passing. Magkasabay our souls gather to show appreciation of the life energy she has left behind. The energy present in the unfaltering strength in tiyo’s stance, visible in the drops of yielding love in tia’s tears, regarded by bowing heads of the humbled young ones. In prayer she remains alive as good spirit. In mindfulness she remains alive as memories. Her peaceful presence lives on through stories told by loved ones.
